EAD 2021 – European Actuarial Days – Registration now open!
On 2 and 3 June 2021, the Actuarial Association of Europe in cooperation with the European Actuarial Academy will hold the first European Actuarial Days fully online.
With the next European Congress of Actuaries postponed to 2022 due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the AAE has decided to host the European Actuarial Days in order to offer a unique CPD possibility to all European actuaries in 2021 as well a possibility for knowledge transfer and networking.
The congress programme features 4 high-ranking Plenary Sessions by renowned guest speakers.
Over 20 presentations will reflect topics ranging from latest developments in traditional actuarial work areas to new fields of activity like emerging risks, data sciences and wider fields. To support exchange and networking during the congress breaks opportunities for online interaction and communication will also be provided. An overview on the schedule, speakers and other relevant information can be found on the event website: www.ead2021.org.
Registration is now open. The very reasonable fee for both congress days is only 115 Euro (plus VAT).

The Board of the Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE) invites all members of AAE Member Associations to suggest a new and permanent slogan for AAE. The proposed slogan should express the vision of the AAE for actuaries throughout Europe to be recognised as the leading quantitative professional advisers in financial services, risk management and social protection, contributing to the well-being of society, and for European institutions to recognise the valuable role that the AAE plays as a leading source of advice on actuarial and related issues.

Finding a slogan for AAE
The AAE is looking for a slogan!
As announced in the AAE General Assembly on 9 October 2020, the Board of the AAE invites all member associations and all their members to suggest a new and permanent slogan for AAE.
Please read the Call for Proposals for further information.
The author of the winning slogan will receive a free congress ticket for the next European Congress of Actuaries in Madrid in June 2022.
The deadline for submissions is 23 May 2021.
